Hello lovelies,

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that Greek island weddings require sartorial stamina. Between sun-drenched lunches, chapel vows under olive trees, and endless ouzo-fuelled dancing by the sea, every outfit needs to deliver drama, ease, and just the right dose of dolce far niente.

I’ve just spent the weekend on the dreamy island of Spetses, where the air smells of jasmine and sunscreen, and every corner looks like a Slim Aarons photograph. So here’s a recap of what I packed for the occasion—equal parts island goddess, barefoot elegance, and a sprinkle of nostalgic summer romance. Consider it your guide for what to wear when the dress code is “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” but chic.

Friday Night

We arrived just in time for golden hour. I wore a strapless linen midi dress in soft sky-blue and white stripes, fresh, flirty, and just structured enough to handle a few glasses of Assyrtiko. I paired it with white lace-up sandals and my beloved raffia fish-shaped bag (because of course), plus oversized gold earrings to catch the candlelight. It was giving... siren-meets-sailor, in the best way.

  • Blue Checkmate Dress – De Castro

  • Gianvito Rossi Leather Sandals

  • Alaïa Transparent Cuff Bracelet

  • Alemais Horizon Crochet Raffia Bag

  • Totême Rope Knot Earrings
